Julie and Sam's consecration service The Archbishop of York, Stephen Cottrell, will preside at the consecration service at York Minster at 11am on Monday 19 July 2021. The service will be streamed on YouTube.  Julie Conalty, currently Archdeacon of Tonbridge, will be consecrated as the Bishop of Birkenhead, and Sam Corley, currently Rector of Leeds will be consecrated as the Bishop of Stockport. Monday 19th July, at 11am . . . we invite you to join us in St. Mary's to watch (Live from York Minster) relayed onto our big screen, the Consecration service of our two new Bishops . . . The Venerable Julie Conalty will be consecrated as the Bishop of Birkenhead, and Rev. Canon Samuel Corley will be consecrated as the Bishop of Stockport, the service will be conducted by the Archbishop of York, Stephen Cottrell.
